• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts).
• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not use your data to train AI models.

3. Data Storage

Data is stored on servers located in the EU. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• OpenAI / Anthropic — for AI content generation (your content is not used for their training under enterprise agreements).
• Stripe — for payment processing (we do not store card numbers).

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact hello@eureach.eu to exercise these rights.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. On account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use a single session cookie for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
