Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep your current limits until then.
No — credits reset on your monthly renewal date. This keeps the platform fast and fair for everyone. If you consistently need more, upgrading to a higher plan is the best option.
Your account drops to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period. All your data, sites, and article history are preserved — you just lose access to paid features. You can resubscribe any time.
We don't offer a free trial, but the Free plan lets you try the core features with no time limit. If you upgrade and aren't satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us and we'll refund you — no questions asked.
Team seats are only available on the Agency plan (5 seats included). If you need seats on a lower plan, contact us and we'll work something out.
